Sandie Baillargeon
Sandie (1956-2022) was an authority on increasing the effectiveness of dental business systems. She was the author of textbooks on Dental Office Administration and was the owner/operator of Dental Office Consulting Services (DOCS), which specialized in dental business planning, staff development, consulting and continuing education seminars.
She created the first Certificate Course in Dental Practice Management at the University of Toronto and had lectured at dental faculties across North America. She also had articles published in the Journal of the Canadian Dental Association, Oral Health Magazine, Dentaltown (US), Oral Health, and many more.
After her passing in 2022, her signature courses on Dental Practice Management, Dental Treatment Coordination and Dental Office Administration, that were then provided through DOCS were acquired by CIDE and are being made available to Canadian Dental Professionals after necessary revisions and updates.
